The All Star programme has been designed to take good businesses further. The process involves a number of stages all designed to help you get the most from your business. There are 2 entry rounds in 2009.
The NEM EnterPrize All Stars
1. Apply - Your application will be screened by one of our business advisors. Apply Here
2. Meet - If we have not already done so we will meet with you to discuss your business
3. Workshop - We will select a number of businesses to attend a small workshop. This workshop will be designed around helping you determine the growth potential for your business and establish those businesses that will be accepted onto the full programme.
4. Three businesseswill be selected to partake in the full programme
5. You will receive a number of free consultations with a business angel with the aim of helping your business to establish objectives, routes to finance, introductions to potential partners, growth strategy etc. The focus will be helping you to realise and act on your growth opportunities.
6. Each business will receive £3,000 at the end of the All Star programme along with an NEM All Star award presented at the New East Manchester EnterPrize Awards event in December 2009
7. Each of the final 6 businesses will also be asked to present their business to a panel of judges prior to the NEM Awards
8. One business will be chosen as showing the most potential and capacity for growth and awarded a total £10,000 (£3,000 plus a further £7,000)
